About
Talent that speaks to Korea
in Korean
Wave Entertainment is a Seoul talent agency, founded in 2023. International brands, embassies and organizers come to us to find the right voice for a Korean audience, and we look after everything from the brief to the day itself.
A pansori singer from Cameroon, a French-raised chef, a former Wonder Girl who hosts an English-language radio show, a Belgian climate communicator.
- 10artists
- 8countries
- 6work in 3+ languages
Our artists live in Korea, and Korean audiences know many of them from TV. You can brief them in English or French, and they take your message to a Korean audience in Korean.
Wave is the first talent agency in Korea founded by a non-Korean. It started because Korea is full of people with remarkable stories, and we wanted more people to hear them.
How we work
-
Transparency Every inquiry, date and update is shared openly with the artist. Your manager and the artist work from the same record, so you never have to explain things twice, and you get a straight answer on what is possible.
-
Self-determination We never push artists into work they don't want to do, so the person on your stage genuinely cares about the subject. If something isn't a good fit, we say so and suggest someone who is.
-
Collaboration Our artists work together rather than compete. A panel, a co-hosted event or a session with several artists takes a single inquiry. Contracts and the administrative paperwork are handled by our Seoul team.

Artists who want to work with us
We work mostly remotely, rely on shared online tools and find answers through collaboration rather than instructions. Wave suits people who want to decide the shape of their own work, with more freedom and the responsibility that comes with it. Nationality and background don't matter.
Every artist joins the same way: send us a short application. The Wave team reads every one carefully and does its best to reply to everyone.
